An inferior substitution for what I ordered
Would Not RecommendI ordered GripRite nails, which is the product shown on my order. I received a substitute product by Hillman that is NOT the same nail and not what I wanted. I was not asked if the substitution was OK to do in the first place. I was told I could return the product, but when I tried, the Lowe's website only pulls up the order and verifies that it was delivered. There is NO option to print a return label or in any way process a return. NOT HAPPY.

Would RecommendThese roofing nails were recommended to me for the roof of the shed I ordered through LOWE's. What I did not know, having never built a roof before, was that 3000 nails would be just a bit more (LOL) than I could possibly need!!!!! Perhaps LOWE's thought the nails were for my mansion in the country!!!! I do love these nails!!!! They come with a plastic "cap" that helps keep water out of the nail holes. Gotta Seal The Container Before Shipping!
Would RecommendI have a shed kit coming. This part of the shipment was roofing nails which I purchased ahead of time. The plastic top of the container with the nails was not taped closed prior to shipping. When I got my delivery I could hear lots and lots of nails jingling about inside the shipping box. Upon opening the box I saw that the plastic lid was off and many of the nails had spilled into the shipping box! No big deal, but whoever ships these items for LOWE's should securely tape the product box, ...
