I never have a problem with food sticking in any way. It is recommended to use low to moderate heat settings on this pan and always use oil or butter. It heats evenly and cooks excellent. Easy to clean
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My current frypan was a nuisance.Everything was getting stuck to it and it was so hard to clean.So I decided I needed a new one.I got the RIO 12" frypan and decided to see if it could hold up to My 3 meals a day cooking.Well,it went above and beyond my expectations.I couldn't make stuff get stuck to it! It washed up with ease as well.I love the color variations,I got a pink one.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness, I LOVE this frying pan! Obviously, I love the pink color as I am a breast cancer survivor, but it is beyond that. I always had trouble cooking eggs in other frying pans as the eggs would stick. When I use this one, nothing sticks! It’s absolutely wonderful!!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally pleased with my Rio frypan. Size is perfect to cook for my family of 4, it’s the 12” and it’s pink, cool. My favorite feature is the nonstick, but I love more is that it doesn’t have any PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. If you plan to get this, read the recommendations, because cooking in too high temperatures or some utensils can ruin the nonstick coating.

I cook a lot of omelettes and the worse thing it can happen is to have a sticky pan. This pan is not only non sticky and amazing but also super easy to clean. Truly nonstick
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the only frying pans that I've owned that is truly non-stick with almost anything. I decided to do a few experiments just to see how nonstick it was and I am pretty impressed by the results. I also love the fact that it heats my food evenly all around instead of me having to adjust the pot because it's too big for the heating unit. Overall it does what it is supposed to do and gets the job done in what I think is a faster time.
