Would RecommendHi everyone else, I was dubious about spending this much money on a set of pots and pans, but boy is it worth it! The ceramic finish creates very even cooking. The cleanup is so very easy. Typically just a wipe with a soapy dish cloth. The color I chose aqua) is beautiful.

Garbage
Would Not RecommendThese pans are garbage and are as far from Non-stick as you can get. I have been a cook for 30 years and these may be the worst non-stick pans I have ever used. Even adding a little bit of oil doesn't help. The only way I can get these pans to not have food stick to them is to cook at no higher than medium low. Not even medium mind you. The pots are great for boiling water or heating up soup or beans, but that is about it.
