I loved this pan when I first got it , it’s beautiful looks and quality had me sold . But fast forward a few months and it’s somehow lost it’s non stick characteristics it’s still a great pan , but this was instantly my go to egg pan . Now my eggs stick even after cleaning with a melamine sponge and seasoning before cooks , so I’m not sure why ? Eggs used to slide around effortlessly and I loved this 8”Venice . Would RecommendThis pan has exceeded my expectations on every level! There are so many ceramic pans available out there, but I absolutely loved this particular pan for its size and the way it’s crafted. I’ve made flawless, omelettes, eggs, over easy, and turkey burgers in this thing, and it looks brand new! I use it exactly as recommended: Heat up slowly, use a little oil, and cook slowly. Loses Non-Stick Quickly
Would Not RecommendPurchased both the 10” pan and the 3QT sauté pan. After a short time the 10” pan started to lose its non stick coating. This led to grime build up that even with the cleaning sponge they recommend, did not help to remove. No issues with the 3QT so seemed odd. Reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement pan. A few months later, same thing happened. Unfortunately once they sent me a replacement they have fulfilled the warranty. A bit disappointing.

terrible ceramic coating
Would Not RecommendWe got this pan as a replacement under warranty from an older model that we had. We've had it less than a year and the non stick is loosing its slickness. I would say that happened after using it five times. The ceramic coating is starting to flake off around the lid. We are extremely careful with our pan, following the care instructions that were sent. Please make note, if a replacement is sent under warranty the new pan comes with no warranty.

Saucepan defect
The saucepan, after a few months, has finished area on rim that has worn away. Have rarely used lid to cause this damage.

Non Stick lasts only a short time
Would Not RecommendMy Venice 8" visually looks perfect, but just making scrambled eggs is no longer NON-stick. Pans non-stick feature does not last. I have quite a few, 10" also. The sauce pan is fine.

Perfect for eggs!!

The eggs do not stick to it so it is easy to flip, with or without a spatula. The best part is the pan is super easy to clean. I will be buying more.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan and its many uses. I've used this pan to sauté vegetables, simmer sausages and bake meatballs in the oven. I've only used silicone utensils and they work great, although the packaging says you can use metal utensils. Clean up is easy and the non-stick is great. Don't be afraid to use and clean the pan, the instructions mention not to use abrasive cleaners of scrubbers, can use metal; but be careful with them. Take care of...

We cook every day and this is one of our go-to pans for morning eggs and veggies at dinner. It cleans easily. I still use a nonstick spray because it’s a habit. The GreenPan Venice Pro frying pan is heavy duty, super durable, affordable, has the amazing non-stick layer; that not only makes cooking easy but makes clean up easy too! I love it's made from natural materials and clearly that's one of their missions as it stressed the potentially harmful chemicals we've been using on our pots and pans for years. 10/10would recommended!
