Would RecommendAfter researching pans, looking for one that was not going to leech PFAS, PFOA & Teflon GreenPan kept comming up. I was cautions about investing so much into a non-stick pan as I have tried quite a few and have not been impressed. This pan is well constructed, the coating is thick and durable. it cooks evenly and cleans up easily.

Would RecommendThis is my eighth Green Pan, and they just keep getting better and better! I will say that if you follow the directions for heating, use, utensils, and cleaning your pan will last a very long time. I have two small pans I use in my camper, and have given some as gifts.
