Would RecommendI switched to Green Pan's Healthy non-stick pans a few years ago after my cancer diagnosis and I have never looked back! The GP5 Infinite8 technology is their best. I cook multiple times a day and my adult children also cook. These pans have been able to endure the beating of multiple uses daily.

Would RecommendThe set is BEAUTIFUL and cooking feels like we are making something special. Very "posh". The gold handle on the lids get hot so use a mitt. It is the prettiest cookware we have ever had. Just lovely!

Best pans I’ve ever owned
Would RecommendI love these pans. Everything I’ve cooked with them so far has come out great and cleanup is a breeze. In addition to performing fantastic they look great too. They are sturdy but no too heavy and the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking. Definitely recommend .

Would RecommendI've been wanting to cook on healthier pans (instead of nonstick) but kept putting off the decision to purchase anything. I like to really read multiple reviews and think through larger purchases. I've cooked about 2 weeks worth of meals on these pans and another one I got as well. The surface is very resistant to sticking-- which is what I wanted. It's interesting though it does take a bit longer to heat up and they do tell you to wait 90 seconds to heat it up before cooking. Would RecommendWe absolutely love these pans! My husband bought me the Caraway pans for the holidays last year and they have been terrible since day one. Food always stuck to them and very quickly the pans were stained and scratched. Within 6 months they were essentially unusable which for pans that were so expensive was beyond disappointing. We bought 2 fry pans to try these out first and have loved them since day 1. They are so nonstick food has practically slid out of the pan and they have held up very nice...
