The color of the pan is a delight and unique the ease of use when cooking has been phenomenal. I love the handle and the helper handle as It is useful with transferring to oven. Clean up of the pan is super easy and the nonstick surface truly is. I highly recommend this pan it is great, the lid fits perfect and that is a definite plus.

Very Impressed

I have tried several meals and none of them has stuck in the pan. The pan is very easy to clean. I wish the lid handle was a little thicker but all in all it is a terrific pan.

Sturdy, well-constructed

It conducts heat tremendously well, washes easily, and doesn’t get food stuck to it. It’s got pretty good weight to it so you don’t have to worry about it spinning around or falling off the burner for any reason. Great for sautee’ing vegetables or even making pancakes. So this one is nice for that. Also, you can put this pan in the oven under 400º. But the best part is the non stick, I cooked some bacon in it and they just slid around nothing stuck! I like the size and depth of the pan but I noticed it does scratch easily which can be seen because it is white. I do like that it is an organic pan and see why people would like it.

This pan has quite a bit of weight to it and it feels and looks very well made. It comes with guidelines on which stove type to avoid, which cleaning/utensils/preheating time/which type of oil to use and which to avoid. The nonstick coating has worked well so far, but I’m worried about chipping on the outside of the pan. It comes with a matching lid that fits well and is very useful.
