Disappointed in finish

Bought this sprayer to paint an exterior door. Using Sherwin-Williams Latitude exterior paint. According to instructions, no thining was required. The first attempt resulted in a textured finish and several globs. Changing the speed did not improve the spray pattern. After sanding off the first attempt, I thinned the paint and tried a second coat. Slightly better results. The big issue is excessive over spray. Impressed from the start

I was very impressed from the start! The instructions are very well thought out, and I appreciate the little details on how Graco packages the sprayer. The new way of filling up the paint container is genius! The spray results are 9 out of 10, and I have been painting for over 30 years. To make using this even easier, I would suggest buying a second paint container.

Great sprayer

I bought this paint sprayer to replace another one. I was very pleased with the time it took to complete my project.

Flawlwss

Handy man / Painter and i purchased this to add to my big graco sprayer. I have used it for spraying garage doors, soffits, gutters, Drain pipes and so on. paint jobs come out perfect however i wish i was reviewing the pro version that has more spray tip options.

Great When it works

This will be the 2nd one of these ive bought and they both have donbe the same thing after several uses where they wont spray or prime or clear. I use it clean it store it and it works fine for 5 or 6 projects and then one day it just decides to leave you and not work any longer. Tried cleaning the nozzle, wont prime. Lots of money down the drain.

Cool Paint Sprayer, But I’m A Novice

I bought this a little over a month ago and have used it a handful of times. I’m a novice painter when it comes to using electric sprayers. I can tell this paint sprayer is really good, but I’m just not. I’ve seen many YouTubers use it flawlessly like the guy on Shop Nation. He’s the reason I bought it. Great sprayer

I bought this to paint several different things from exterior needs to cabinets in the home. Works very well just like I expected. I am retired but had my own painting company for many years and always used graco equipment. Great product especially for the money.

First time user

My first time using this sprayer. I was spraying 4 doors with unthinned latex paint. All was going well until on the second door I got sputters and blobs of paint. I should have been prepared with a brush so that I could have immediately smoothed out the blobs. (I wasn’t prepared). I cleared the spray tip and it seemed to correct itself, but the damage was already done. Because I got frustrated, I rolled the rest of the doors. Used to spray with an Eastwood Concours LT100 but this is way easier and more flexible to learn than an air compressor spray gun. Overspray is less. Also you don’t need the giant compressor. First project was some new closet doors and they came out great.

I love the way that you can control the speed

I love it is a great sprayer and I’m saving mone to get the Graco Ultra QuickShot Airless Sprayer

I’ve bought off brands for smaller jobs in the past, just spend the money the first time around and buy a Graco brand. Excellent spray pattern, easy use and cleanup. Well worth the money

Works great

Very easy to use, cleans up very easily. I was using it spray wood shutters I made for a job and it saved a lot of time. Have many other uses i will using it for in the future.

Works well, did a fine job. Takes a little while to clean properly. Does seem to waste a little bit of paint left in the liners but price you pay for convenience.

Great for a DIYer

I bought this to paint some doors I was installing for my daughter. The doors turned out beautifully. This was the first time I’ve ever used a sprayer. I followed the instructions and didn’t have any problems at all.

Time saver

I used this to stain a shadow boxed fence. Worked GREAT! Instructions were not complicated, just get the air out of the container and then prime. Works great. I thought it was easy to use and saves so much time. I could just imagine how long it would take with out this.

Love it But needs a fine tip option

I bought this to paint my cabinets and love the concept, but unfortunately the paint isn't fine enough for this model. It really needs to be compatible with the fine spray tips for spraying cabinets and furniture. My paint tip that came with it kept getting clogged. But overall I like the sprayer, it just needs to be compatible with the fine tips for me to use it for what I need it for. I hope to see this soon so I can use it!

Great paint gun for the money.

This paint gun is legit! Works great for painting trim around the house and I even worked it hard on my huge fence with zero issues.

Over heating

I went to use the sprayer for the first time to stain railings on a deck and the sprayer kept over heating every 2 railings The sprayer would shut off and I had to wait 20-30 minutes before I can use it again. Other then over heating the sprayer did it’s job.

Wasn't happy painting doors with the sponge rollers so purchased sprayer and they look like a professional painted them.
