These lights are bright and work well. Installation is a little rough with the tee clips you have to install at each light but overall seems to be a good product. I will say though, that you dont have as many options on the app with these as some of their other outsoor lights.

“Outdoor” but not water resistant. Don’t buy.

The lights shorted less than two weeks after we bought them after exposure to light rain. Gould the plastic bulbs full of water. Still waiting to hear back from Govee after submitting a ticket. The lights were easy enough to pair and responded to the app. So I suppose they’re good to use if you don’t expect any moisture.

I never thought much about lighting, even when dimmable bulbs came out. A friend gave me a different set of Govee lights, and I became hooked. I wanted to see what else I "needed" now. Lo and behold they had kitchen, outdoor and car lights! As well as plugs, ice makers and water detection monitors and more!. not really "outdoor" lights.. fill with water

Had them less than a month hanging outside. I was really excited that a proper investment in lights might be providing a year round solution. But less than a month later they are full of water and shorting out. Of course, I no longer have the original packaging. Looking to send them back if I can.

Can't string sets together.

The lights are fine but you cannot string multiple sets together so you need to run many extension cords.

Pretty for 8 weeks

Stopped working! One set used only two occasions. Other set worked for 8 weeks. Water in bulbs on both sets. Very disappointed and embarrassed. The set used twice were a gift.

The App and integration API needs work still

As the light set by themselves go great. My only complaint would be the inability to connect more than 3 5-light strings. If you need more length than that, you have to use the module and figure out how to get power to it. But as they look and as the stock scenes, they did a pretty good job and you always have the option of creating your own if you need something else as well as sharing it. So, that was great. Outside permanent lights

I took my time putting up the lights as they are “permanent”, but they went up extremely easy. My wife loves the way it brightens up the outside of the house. You can't even see that they are there until turned on. I just wish there was a site to explain how to create your own lightings and save them for future use. I did figure it out with some trial and error and searches on the internet. But it did take ma a while to figure it out. Absolute time saver.

Crowd pleaser

I have several outdoor Govee lights on my camper. Everyone loves them and compliments them. It is especially fun to put them in Music mode when we are sitting around a fire. They actually pick up laughter better than the music which makes them even more fun. I really love how they augment my campground experience!

Not what I expected

Bulbs are smaller and not as bright as expected. The previous LED string I had up before these were brighter. Haven't really tested out the functions with these lights yet. I was really hoping these bulbs were brighter than what they are.

Dope lights

Turned my back patio into a magical starlight music show for my kids. I am very happy with the quality, brightness , and capabilities of these lights. My whole house lighting setup will be govee soon!

Permanent outdoor lights

These are very good quality, and are pretty awesome. My kids really enjoy these, being able to change what light set up are being used every night for our Christmas lights.

Needs Matter Integration.

The system works fine, updating existing snapshots is not intuitive, but I figured it out.. Needs Matter integration so I can control it from Apple Home…

Awesome lights and smart outlet

The lights are perfect fir our pool area as the are plastic and they look great around our screen enclosure. Was glad they plugged into eachother!
