Great Camera

This is a great camera that is very easy to set up and manage and I don't even need to pay for any monthly fees to still get some good value from it.

Not through the window...

This is a really amazing product, but don't plan to use it inside your house pointing outside through the window. It just doesn't work for that purpose.

Indoor Camera

When camera goes offline.Can not turn on camera remotely.When we have a power outage, we need a neighbor come in to trn the camera on.

Exceeded my expectations

This thing works great. Super easy to set up and I love how you can set the types of notifications you would like to receive. I also have to say the video quality is terrific as well. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Nest indoor cam

accurate and very functional, picture and video in color and sharp the technology dept is excellent

Security Alerts

This security product was very simple to set up. My concern is with the sensitivity of the camera. I received alerts for shadows from the rising and setting of the sun. I'm not sure if this issue can be resolved.

Not All I Thought It Would Be

Although I have a subscription for Nest Aware, I cannot review video when it says there has been activity. Which is yet another issue. Eventhough I don’t have the app on “away”, this camera will still alert me if there’s activity, which can drive me nuts in the middle of the night if lights from, let’s say, a car driving by, happens to trigger the camera.

One of the best purchases I've ever made.

I bought 3 of these cameras to setup around the apartment that we just moved into about a month ago, one of which I setup pointing out towards our vehicles. Just the other morning my car was the victim of a hit and run while I was asleep and I didn't know about it until I went to leave for work not but 30 minutes after it happened. Over price camera

I have purchased 4 of this items to build on my Google nest security system at home and because i have the paid subscription and because i thought the fact that they are related to Google meant something, however the camera fell short of expectations in every category imaginable. I have 3 nest indoor they work great can see all , got better internet so they operate better, possibly thinking of getting a 4th or outside one next.

Dependable

I was using an old cell phone to keep an eye on my dog when I left home but it would randomly glitch for whatever reason and would sometimes just stop after I was already on my way to work. Doesn’t work for me

I’ve bought this cam recently as I have google ecosystem at my home, however this device doesn’t work as native google eco system device. Moreover it keep going offline all the time after 15-45 minutes of work and never return back online until camera rebooted manually. I’ve checked all proposed solutions from google and some other resources, but this didn’t fix the issue. So unfortunately I have had to return it back. I expected more

The bad. I was hoping for better quality images. The notifications do not work well. That is one of the main reasons I bought it. I wanted to know when my 1 year old wakes up. When you press the button to talk the incoming sound goes away. So you can't easily have a two-way conversation. I was going to add more camera's one piece at a time but at this point I am considering other options. The Pros. The product does what it says it will do.
