Not only did we make sure to be home for our delivery, my wife and I were both working outside, in front of our house. The delivery driver claimed he showed up and waited “15 minutes”. If he did, he showed up at the wrong house. We were not only at home, but outside, right in front of the house. Lastly, I have video cameras out front that PROVE no delivery truck arrived.

Gladiator Gearloft is great!

This is my 2nd Gearloft for the garage and it is just what is needed for a house with limited storage, no attic or basement.

Excellent racking system

These Storage racks are fantastic! Incredibly solid and well constructed. The instructions are well written. Putting them up took a bit because of the way my trusses were laid out. But after I figured taht out they went up easily.

Second Gladiator Garage Storage Rack

We have had one in our garage and ordered this to add some additional storage It is very sturdy, and would recommend this system to anyone looking to add overhead storage. Gladiator also has a TON of other great products. We purchased it through Lowe's and their delivery people are the BEST, they are prompt personable, respected our property and went out of our way to put the package in a convenient location upon delivery.

It is really a 3 person job to hang this!

Not gray

I ordered the gray one because whites were out of stock. But got black instead..??? Black is not even a color choice.. How does this happen? Don't want to bother returning it. But not satisfied with my purchase.

Replace the Cheap Lag Bolts!

Read the reviews and still gave it a chance, after the third one I purchased better lag bolts as these are holding the entire structure up. Huge safety issue that needs to be addressed.

Attractive and useful suspended storage racks

These do take a lot longer to assemble and install from your garage ceiling than you would like! But in the end they are very useful and hold a lot of storage in bins! Especially if you lower the rack to where you can stack the storage bins two high.

I liked the 2 foot wide dimensions, it fit perfectly between the two roll up garage doors. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. I really like the Gladiator products

great product, very sturdy. i saw folks had issues with bolts snapping or pulling out from the ceiling. I had no issues. just make sure you aren't trying to tighten the bolt at an angle and make sure you hit the stud. pilot holes are a good idea as well to make driving the bolt a little easier
