Gearwall 4’ and 8’ panels

Four foot and eight foot panels were not the same height. Large differences led to gaps. Assume they were differences in manufacturer tolerances at different facilities. Overall, love the product but the quality control needs to be addressed. Recommend buying all panels in same lengths and then cut to fit to ensure a quality install.

Great product, poor packaging

I love this product and have installed it on the entire garage wall of a past home and I’m currently covering most of a wall in the garage of my current home. My only complaint is the packaging of the 8’ panels. Most of the time the corners are damaged in shipping. Gladiator should package the 8’ panels like they package the 4’ panels.

Was able to find on sale and so happy I got this great product. I have other gladiator products and all have been great.

Great product, took forever to get

I have these panels on another wall of my garage. The new panels are a little more shiny than the older ones so make sure you order enough to cover the same wall as they may not match if they are from different times or batches. The product is great but I waited two months to get them.

Outstanding Wall Storage Solution!

We have most of our garage walls covered with these panels. They're more expensive than other brand's slat-wall panels; however, they're much better quality, and in our opinion look very professional. Also, storage hardware, for these panels, are more expensive than other brands, and other brand's hardware won't work on these panels. The material used in a Gearwall Panel is solid! Probably the best in the market from what I've seen and from my research.

Great product, way better then the singles. Good sleek look with the tongue and groove. Love having so much different places to hang my things and rearrange when needed.

Great size to cover large walls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until this point I have been using 4' section of GearWall or GearTrack. It does require a bit of additional assistance to get onto the wall (would recommend getting some help) but its really able to ensure it is level over a larger area and there is less consideration for matching on studs for a joining multiple pieces. Looks much better without the additional seams too.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8ft gearwall panels are awesome and the amount of accessories for them is great. The panels are very sturdy and I have several heavy items hanging from them. It is important that they are anchored to every stud and that each panel ends at a stud (like sheetrock). I hung all of the panels by myself but it would have been far easier with a second set of hands.

8' GearWall Panels - Just great . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the GearWall Panels, whether in the 8' or the 4' size. Pretty much the foundation for the flexibility and modularity of all the accessories, hooks, shelves, baskets, etc. that make the Gladiator brand such a hit, at least in my opinion. They go up easily, they're strong, they look nice and they just flat out do what they're supposed to do - they're also really easy to trim / cut to length and really convenient to work with and use.

Love the product. Consistent quality over the years I’ve used them. Disappointed by the packaging. The ends of the panels came damaged as was packaging. Perhaps it was damaged in transit. I was able to complete my job because I didn’t need the full 8’ length, luckily.
