Missing parts- wish stores would not resell return
Would Not RecommendThe product arrived on time and seems to be good quality. I opened the box which had larger amount of clear tape than it should. It took about 30 min to install on garage wall when I realized that the box should of had 2 rails in it and not just one, very frustrating. In order to get a refund, I would have to remove the entire system and put it back in the box to take back to Lowes. This must of been a return that the company retaped the box to look like the original packaging and resold. Proba...

Packaging intact, but missing multiple parts
Would Not RecommendOne of the large hooks was missing, as were the screws and bit. I would definitely not recommend buying anything boxed like this when you could just buy the individual pieces for about the same price and not get scammed. Not worth the time and hassle to return… I’m sure that’s what these guys depend on, but I’m returning it and never buying again from this company anyway out of principle.
