Only switch to use for a genie opener
Would RecommendI am very pleased with this product. It’s not the prettiest switch. This switch does a fantastic job. Door reaction instantly happens. I noticed that that there a resistor on the back of the switch. This the only switch to use if you have genie garage door opener.

Would Not RecommendThis product works but it is really just an over priced push button. Looks exactly like the old button which had a light but not this one. Come on Genie for this price you can do better.

Would RecommendThis is not the cheapest push button but the best and worth it. The feel when you touch the button (just lightly) is crisp and the door reacts instantly. I replaced a really cheap, as in $0.99 door bell style (previous owner installation) and did not like having to push hard and wait for the doors actuator to respond.

Would RecommendThis was the ONLY choice in the Lowes near my house, so there were no decisions to make. Took it home, installed it in about 4 or 5 minutes. Realized it doesn't have a backlight like the one it is replacing. Would have preferred a lit button but it's not a deal breaker. FOR LOWES (If you read these): please carry more than one color such as white, black, & tan and why not also carry buttons with a backlight? Thanks!

It's a very good switch, but it does not have the lighted button, so you can't see it in the dark. The original did have the lighted button. It was made by Genie, so this is more than disappointing!
