Bought the Generac 33000i and Love IT!

The Generac is amazing unit and brand. It is quiet, easy to start easy to use and incredibly efficient. The Generac is everything you want and need in a household generator, infact it is a far better value than the Honda and is feature for feature as good or better. This model can handle anything a house needs including washer, dryer, refrigerator etc. I am extremely happy with Generac and you will be too!

Awesome generator

Bought it to use for my Maple Sugaring operation works great every time for everything. I would definitely buy another one.

Runs good, good value, but hard to start- found workaround

I bought the GP2500i new a the beginning of December 2021 to provide some backup power if the electricity went out. I wasn't looking for a home backup- just to charge cellphones, led lights, run a single 1500W heater, power the fridge or freezer now and then to keep things from spoiling. From the unit's initial start-up, it took 5+ pulls to get it started. Successive starts were the same. 8-10 pulls to get it to start. Fresh fuel, 90+ Octane, no difference. Began positive

I have had several carb issues. I worked where we sold Generac generators, and always spoke highly of them. I owned a GP5500 prior w/ few problems. I always kept ethanol free gas or gas w/ Stabil in my IQ3500 . Which purchased 9/2019. I had one carb replacement a year ago ,after a month wait for parts from Generac. Ease of use

Wow, very simple to use. Always wanted one, but needed one now for ice fishing house. Easy manual, easy oil fill and WOW first pull. Super quiet.

I like the 30 amp for RV

The only reason I gave low stars is. My unit is not starting properly. I must use choke all the time to get it started. If someone from Generac could help I would apricate it.

Great Generator - a bit heavy

I love this generator. Powerful and quiet. The only downside is weight: 100 pounds. I wish there was some sort of wheel accessory for it to make it easier to move around.

Great generator

I bought this last night at mills fleet farm due to the outage from windstorms in our area. Utility keeps pushing back power back on time and date. As these outages are becoming more common, I purchased this for these emergencies. Started first pull after removing from box and adding fuel and oil. Unit is fairly quiet. Trouble starting generator

Recently purchased GP2500 generator. Add the oil and fuel as stated in start up guide. The generator fired right up and used it for about 20 minutes running an electric trimmer. Stored it in my shop for month. I got it out last week added fuel. Now it won't start, checked the oil level. Still won't start up. Do you have any things to try before I find an authorized dealer that does repairs.

Great out of the box

Extremely quiet operation

Very quiet operation, and excellent build quality. 3 year warranty is great.

Is perfect for camping or general use.

I actually bought this late in the season on our last camping weekend. I was pleased with the easy pull start. Started up right away. Did a great job charging the camper battery. Will run everything except the a/c.

Good product without much support or info

First off I won this in a raffle, so there is nothing to complain about. However I would like to point out a few things that I feel could be done better by Generac. First off, there are no break in instructions included with the generator. I assume every small engine needs a break in period so I had to look this up myself and perform it. This product is compact and quiet

Ordered product arrived on time. Shipped product was not damaged. Opened box, added oil & fuel and it started immediately! This product runs very quiet and efficiently. I may order another plus a parallel kit to run two units for more power.

perfect for a small boat

bought this for overnights on the boat that does not thave air. quieter than i thought. makes boating a little more comfy.

Get what you pay for

Definitely not the cheapest, but it'll be worth the money in the long run. All features are as advertised, quiet, powerful, LCD screen provides very useful information. Parallel kit to use two at once works perfect as well. Would recommend to anyone. However, NO WHEELS. Being an inverter generator, this is heavy. So I was surprised when I could not find a wheel attachment for this. It would make moving around so much easier.

Very pleased

Purchased through Amazon, arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. Unpacked, added oil and ethanol-free gas, it started on the 2nd pull. Very satisfied with how quiet it is, will be using it with a small travel trailer. Let it run for 20 minutes with a light load, then shut down. A few hours later it started first pull and I connected to the trailer and started the A/C. The generator was only about 2 feet from the trailer and I couldn't hear it inside with the A/C running.
