Got me through a 4 day power outage

Power was out from 8PM on Wednesday to 11:30AM Sunday. This little machine ran flawlessly with nothing more than a couple refuels. Ran my furnace, refrigerator, a couple lights, my TV, and my CPAP machine with barely a hiccup. Ran for over 8 hours if not 10 on a single fuel up. Just need to change the oil and check the spark plug so it's ready for a monthly test and hopefully stays in the garage for a very long time. Good to know it is there when needed. Super quiet

Just bought and made a testing. Pros: Easy setup. Easy to start. Super quiet! If you turn the corner of the house you almost do not hear does it is running or not! Verify with different loads (from light up to 2 kW) Not really a Con: Wheels absences! Generac, please add an option to buy a wheels kit for your very good iQ3500! Buffalo, NY Christmas Blizzard

Have a 5000w Coleman Powermate that I started at 8:30AM Friday 12/23 when the power went out. Didn't have it covered and after 2 hours it was coated with snow and ice and died. I purchased the GP3300i for use with a travel trailer and am glad I had it in the garage. Took it out back and ran a heavy cord through the garage and into the house. Great Product

I bought this generator because I needed something lighter and easier to handle. Have no problems whatsoever with my generator. The only issue I have is I would love to have a wheel kit for my GP3300i, when I go online the only kit they show on all sites is for the 3500 model.

More Power

Overall great unit. However, room for improvement on power options and design. Pro's - Super Quiet and Fuel Efficient. Cons - Not available in bigger options. Would love to see something in the 4000-5000W range with some sound dampening. Or, design a cover for your open frame options. Lastly, please add some wheels to this thing!

Great Product GP2500i

I purchased back in February of 2021 after a few days of a hard freeze in Oregon. I added as a 2nd generator for all around use. Finally took out of box (11/2022) LOL! All prepped up. Not too bad! Generator is lightweight, started on third pull, quiet. So far so good. Future plans would be getting a 2nd one, with parallel kit. Generator will be great for home, outdoor activities. Ill test more and put a review back up.

Easy Starting, Light Weight & Powerful

I needed a generator; out power went out and my 35-year-old PowerMate 800 would not start. I wanted something light weight and with enough power to keep my sump pump and refrigerator running. The GP2200i fit the bill perfectly. Easy to setup - just add the oil included in the box using the funnel included and fill it with gas. One pull and it started. Pull cord came out of handle on first pull

I bought Generac because they are a local company that I have heard nothing but good things about. This morning I was excited to add the oil and gas and fire up this beautiful looking generator. I even went and bought gas that contains no ethanol. Gas, check! Oil, Check! Choke on, check! Time to pull this baby and listen to a quiet hum. NO! As I start to pull the started cord I did not even get the cord out 6" and the cord comes out of the handle and disappears into the motor. :( T...

The GP 3000i is super quiet and is a Smooth Runner

I just purchased my GP 3000i unit and it is great! I added the supplied oil, filled with 91 (no ethanol), turned the selector switch to Run, and honestly, the first pull started this little beauty. I ran it for 7 hours powering my fifth wheel (50-amp plug converted) and it ran flawlessly. When you turn the selector switch to OFF, it takes a minute or two to run the gas out of the line to shut it down, so don't panic, the switch does indeed work to shut it off. Thank you, Generac.

Outstanding

The best generator for back up on home. Easy to use.

What a mess

Opened box to a oil covered generator even though it was shipped with no oil. The oil filler cap was not installed. Spent the next Three hours washing and cleaning up. Can't say how it works yet. I will keep my fingers crossed on that.

This generator is good for power when plugs are to far away for an extension cord.

Just bought this generator and I am so pleased. It is exactly as described. Runs my whole camper 13,500 BTU AC all lights etc. Runs nice and quiet. For the money I haven't seen a better product on the market. Comes with all you need to get started including a funnel to put the oil in the generator. Wouldn’t shut off

Brand new generac 3300i right out of the box put gas and oil in it started right up but when I turn the dail to off it keeps running very disappointed hope my warranty pays for this or you’ll hear more reviews

Bought the Generac 33000i and Love IT!

The Generac is amazing unit and brand. It is quiet, easy to start easy to use and incredibly efficient. The Generac is everything you want and need in a household generator, infact it is a far better value than the Honda and is feature for feature as good or better. This model can handle anything a house needs including washer, dryer, refrigerator etc. I am extremely happy with Generac and you will be too!
