Would Not RecommendUnit was defected. No output power. None of authorized shop recommend can fix it. Could not refund to due to crazy FleetFarm policy. Running around for 2 weeks trying to get it fix. Loss $20 to drain gas not cover by warranty. Terrible experience. Don't recommend it.

Poor Warranty Assistance
Purchased this portable generator, had a problem with it after 15 min. of running.. Called for assistance and No One would come to my house to repair it. They only would come if it was a standby generator. I like Generac Products but my was 450 pounds and I could not service it myself. Plus it was under warranty.

Power on demand!
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the GP9500 Tri Fuel Generator. This purchase will insure emergency power when the need presents itself.

Great Features
I bought the GP8000E to replace my Honda 7000 that was over 25 years old. The setup was relatively straight forward except for attaching the battery cables. When I unclipped the zip tie holding the battery leads for shipping, I didnt notice that the power connector for the starter had become disconnected, probably when I cut the zip tie. I called Generac Support as the electric start was not working and they had me check all the connections including the power connector for the starter. I c...

Reliable when needed!
Great product! However, I really wish that Generac would get another bank besides Synchrony for their customers to finance with.

Great generator .
I didn’t use yet , but I test it monthly, the CO2 sensor works perfect. Nice gas capacity and the power supplied looks really stable. Extremely easy to move.

Great, dependable product
Would RecommendPurchased to replace a 12 year old Generac 6500 that I use for emergency power. As I live along the Gulf Coast it doesn’t take a hurricane for us to loose power. Ran 8 days on generator power Zeta and the ol’ Generac didn’t miss a beat. After quick final assembly, oil and fuel this new unit fired up on the second pull. Looking forward to not having to concern myself about power loss for another 13 years!

This generator is a beast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Generac GP9500E Tri-Fuel is a fortress of reliable portable power. It stands out for its substantial output, multi-fuel adaptability, and safety focus. While it leans into simplicity over tech-savvy features and isn’t the lightest or most efficient, it packs an outstanding value for serious backup power needs.

A Life-Saver!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve lost power four times this summer due to intense Philly storms, and I can honestly say the Generac Tri-Fuel Portable Generator 50ST came in clutch every single time. Setup was straightforward, and the tri-fuel option (gasoline, propane, or natural gas) gave us flexibility depending on what we had on hand. We mostly ran it on propane, and it powered everything we needed — fridge, lights, fans, and even the Wi-Fi — without breaking a sweat...

An upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This generator is fantastic in quality, as one would expect from the leaders in generators. We live in Florida and store insulin along with medical equipment that has to be charged regularly so this is a must for power outages. I hated not knowing if we'd have enough gas to last us, but having three fuel sources relieves my mind. Our house has natural gas already, and we regularly have multiple LP tanks, so it's nice not having to worry about g...

Great

Great Unit
I purchased about a month ago. Generator arrived in good condition, and unpacking and getting ready to use was well instructed, but a bit more time consuming than I had thought it would be. Only "semi-complaint" is the unit is very loud. It would get a five star from me if the muffler system made the unit a bit more quiet.

Needs to be in a ventilated area
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far energy efficient for 8 hours of work used it for power tool battery charge, lights and AC unit. Noise level is ok easy to move around and handle.

Purchased in the Nick-Of-Time !
I worked hard to find a full service dealer and settled on FD-Hayes, Lansing MI and was extremely pleased with their recommendations for this unit, installation and training. I had this installed on a Monday and literally that Thursday we lost power for 4 days and this unit performed admirably. The safety-switch mechanism on the breaker box was foolproof and the electric start was a real help. I ran it about 24 hours on a single tank of gas, it saved my frozen foods and kept my fridges at tem...

My Generator
Would RecommendThis generator is a beast, I haven’t had a power outage yet but I ran it for 12 hours on a tank of gas just to try it and it didn’t miss a beat, I could run anything in the house with no problems, it’s a little expensive but anything that’s worth having usually is especially in the winter months in Michigan and I am so glad I have a backup plan 😊

Gen replacement
Would RecommendThe first one had a bad LP regulator. Home Depot was great at getting it swapped. The replacement ran like a champ.
