Would RecommendWebsite was very easy to use. Our generator was easy to locate in the search, and the site did not try to upsell the higher cost model. Descriptions were very detailed. I appreciate the discount for being a veteran, although the website does not come right out and tell you that this perk is available. Installation was pretty simple, but I we have yet to see how the cover will perform in severe weather.

Hurricane Helper
Would RecommendI bought this to use with my new Champion tri-fuel generator to power my whole house. We live in southeast NC and we are in the path of many hurricanes. I broke in the generator yesterday and of course it rained. I set up the tent within a few minutes and the generator ran fine through two heavy thunderstorms in a 5 hour break in period. Weak adapter design
Pretty difficult to install on my square-frame generator. The connection to the adapter is very weak and is already bending to the side. Looks like I’m going to have to reinforce it somehow.

Would RecommendThis is my 2nd purchase of a Gentent. #1 protects 8750 Predator 30amp. But I've want/needed a 50amp generator. #2 protects a newly purchased 13000w Predator 50amp. Both generators run on natural gas with quick connect fittings. They support an interlock system on electrical panel. I trust the XL Gentent to protect my new generator. Just like the first one did.
