We live in Wilmington, NC and looking Hurricane Isasis in a few days. Our gen tent was easily assembled and is ready to go. It fits over our Honda 2200i Companion nicely. Well-made product, clear instructions
Bought this for Honda EU7000is generator. I really like how the website will give you the correct product for your generator. Also, putting this together is not intuitive, but the instructions were very clear and I was able to do it no problem. I didn't even need to watch any videos. The materials are high quality. It's pricey, but it's a well-made product. Haven't had to use it yet, so I can't comment on how it handles in inclement weather.

GREAT Product
I am very pleased with my GentTent10k and the Clear Electric Apron and Storage Bag I purchased with it. Once I understood the directions - putting it together was pretty easy. I really like the see-through apron and Storage bag, Now I won't worry using it outdoors if it is raining during an outage.

I can't recall in all my years encountering an accessory product that was as well-designed, both from the individual component parts and overall installation standpoints. I was a little nervous about a Rube Goldberg aggregation of straps, rods and molded plastic parts. But after following the spot-on installation instructions - which anticipated all the "what about this" questions - the completed installation is neat, well-fitting and securely mounted. Cover for Honda Eu2200I Inverter Generator
Here in Southwest Florida it's a matter of when not if we lose electricity for several days or more as we enter hurricane season. Loss of power is almost always accompanied by heavy rain and wind. It is essential that the generator be kept dry. Reviewed everything out there and consensus was that GenTent had the best product for the job.

GenTent 10k XKu Stormbracer
The GenTent seems good. I put it together but when I was tightening the ratchet strap down, one of the plastic feet for the strap snapped. It wasn't even that tight. I realized afterwards that when you tighten the strap that you need to pull the opposite side in order to equalize the tension. I was able to get it to work eventually but when I take it off for maintenance I have a feeling the broken foot will be destroyed.

Fits perfectly on an eu7000is, well made
After the initial installation, it only takes 5-8 minutes to redo it. So if you need to change the oil or use the pull starter, its not a huge problem. I put a single extender arm on each corner, with the exhaust side corner spacers on the outer plastic housing, and i like the way it fits. Once installed, its no wider than the wheels. So any door it can fit through without the gentent, it will still fit through with. This generator seems to draw both intake and cooling air from the electric...

GenTent 10k XKi Stormbracer for 1000-3000 generato
You recommended 10k XKi for my Generac 3000i, right product, Little confused with all the parts and instructions at first especially with the negative/positive, large small. My Generac 3000i has a somewhat curvy form, but once I figured out the instructions it fit perfectly with the finished product. Very smart of you guys in thinking about the different forms of generators.

Unit as described. Added case and clear electric panel cover. Went together easily to fit Westinghouse igen 4500DF. Dismantled and put in case until needed. Happy with purchase. Note: You only get two panels that wrap around bottom of tent.

The GenTent 10k XKu Stormbracer Standard for Inverters 3000W and over was simple to order, and it was reassuring to have confirmation that I had ordered the right cover for our generator. Installation was straightforward, and only needs an extra pair of hands to place the corner pieces while tightening the ratchet strap. Everything else can easily be done by one person. It fits well, but hasn't had to be used in anger yet!

I just received my GenTent 10k for my Honda eu7000is. It arrived without the ratchet strap so I called customer service and the overnighted me the part. I viewed the online video instructions prior to assembly. That was very helpful. Set up was a breeze. It fits perfectly. I am now ready for the next storm.
