Would RecommendWe received our GenTent Extreme today. I pulled out my generator and installed the GenTent. It took me about 20 to 30 minutes. Fit my generator perfectly. The grommets and extension included worked out great and it was easy to set it up within the recommended measurements. Would RecommendPurchased after buying Honda gen. Withstood two, too close, hurricanes and covered for Idalia Cat. 2 (29Aug'23). Opening for fuel is excellent. Clear viewing skirt is great. On-line company install video makes setup easy. Storage bag is essential for grab and setup. Two helps: 1. Store pieces and book in gallon ZipLock 2. Once strap & pieces are assembled, release strap tension and leave pieces on strap for future setup.

Would RecommendThe Gen Tent is exactly as advertised. Well made with good materials and is easy to set up as well as put away. I am very happy with my purchase. I have not had to use the Gen Tent as of yet but I am not concerned about putting my expensive generator out into the weather. I feel it will keep my generator dry and safe from winds. This product is very a very sturdy tent and I would recommend it to anyone needing protection from the elements during a power outage.

Great concept, poor implementation
Would RecommendGreat concept, poor implementation. The strap around the case is a poor design in my opinion. If you have 2 people to assemble this, then it is not bad, but to get the strap around, get the corner attachment pieces in place and stay in place while you are tightening up the strap with just one person, is NOT a pleasant experience. If you need to change the oil or do anything else that requires you to open up one of the side panels of the generator than you have to completely disassemble the tent....
