Plastic screw falls out
Would Not RecommendI bought three of these to replace my pantry door ball catches that broke after 20 years of years. These replacements have a plastic piece that screws in see Lowe’s picture 7. That plastic piece holds the spring and the ball in place. Less than a week after installing this product the plastic piece unscrewed by itself, and now the ball and spring are now way down inside the door to rattle around. Why you would seal the the ball and spring, which are under tension, with a plastic screw is beyond ...
