Would Not RecommendIf you have a dog in your home I would not recommend this. Mine was able to chew the end of it off, which gave him something dangerous to swallow as well as rendering the door stopper useless.

Fairly Easy to Install
I'm tall, so a ladder wasn't needed, except when I needed leverage to tighten (or loosen the old spring type) I did need a tool to do a final tightening as my hand tighten is not too good. Much prefer these solid ones to the spring type that you cannot hang anything onto
