Great knobs for kitchen and bath

These were on sale, but turned out to be perfect. They are rounded so they don’t snag your clothes as you walk by in a small bathroom. We also put them in the kitchen and completely changed the look of the oak cabinets

Lousy delivery -- the product is perfect

The product I ordered is perfect. However, the person who delivered this order did not deliver it to my door. They left it outside my Foyer door. I live in a Condominium Community with exterior doors that are not locked and deliveries are to be brought inside. This is first time Lowes delivery person has just set it outside on the ground. We do not have a covered area, it could easily have been picked up by anyone else and taken. This is why we have enclosed foyers. To say the least, I was...

Good Product, poor customer service.

Product was fine, I tried to return a couple that were scratched. The employees in the return area seemed totally disinterested and never even looked at me, after waiting 15 minutes I felt they had no customer service training and left.

Good quality

For the price, good knob and heavy. Can tell it’s durable. Replaced old knobs on closets in a home I’m renting. Compared to these new knobs, the old ones were cheap just like the rental company.
