Defective base
Would Not RecommendAssembly was so easy, however when I placed it on the floor it wobbled. When I looked at the underside of the base, the black plastic was deformed, which caused it to be uneven and wobble. So I returned it. It seemed nice and sturdy, with a heavy enough weight to prevent tipping. The spring loaded TP arm is a bit hard to work, and I noticed spotting on the finish. So for that 2 stars.

Would RecommendThis is a very well made stand HOWEVER, I would highly recommend to anyone...IF you are using it in a bathroom (not a powder room) take the time to seal it with a clear spray sealant. It will start showing rust within a couple of years and by them it is too late. The rust shows with very tiny spots on the base. It could have all been avoided with a coat of clear spray sealant once a year. Clear Spray is available at most craft or hardware stores.
