Best smart watch for all duty

This thing is truly the best with 22 day battery life and all of the tracking and controls that I would need. I use this while backpacking, biking, working out day to day. As a woman most garmins feel to big but this fits perfect for smaller wrists. I love being able to swap bands and end up wearing this until the battery dies plop it on the charger when I'm relaxing and then get it back on to track my sleep.

Should have purchased the solar model

Amazing Activity Tracker

I absolutely love this watch for its durability, battery life, and options for tracking everything I do! I have not had any issues getting the GPS to track my movements out in nature and the tracking is better than the previous Garmin iterations. The only thing that would make this better is if I purchased the solar charging ones, but they didn't have the option in the color I got. Regardless this watch stays charged for almost an entire week!

frustrating

Too complicated to use , screens too small. Not very intuitive. Un clear instructions. I wanted to monitor my heart rate it has to many features . I will return and buy a heart monitor

Instinct 2s has so much to offer (has everything)

I am a long-time user of Fitbit so I have had to learn the Garmin navigation. With Fitbit I continued to get syncing errors with the app and night data was not created (sleep score, HRV, and more). With Garmin, I am getting everything, every day.

Great multi function watch. I'm able to track my runs, bike treks, and hikes with ease.

Perfect for tracking everything Colorado's outdoors has to offer. My primary fitness tracker for mountain biking.

Upgraded from a smaller Garmin Vivo, this has been great. Especially loving how it tracks with my skiing and climbing.

Garmin Instinct 2 in the smaller size is very user friendly and the size is great for smaller wrists. Coupled with the Garmin Connect app, you receive a ton of biometric information that is very helpful within training cycles.

This thing absolutely SUCKS!!!

It is horrible. It is impossible to learn to use and the display is so dark it is impossible to read. I can only see the time when I shine the flashlight from my phone onto it. Additionally, the set up function never completes and it is draining my Iphone 13 in a matter of 2 hours from a full charge. I hate this thing.

My Opinion, My Review

Not happy with the specifications of the watch. I purchased the watch for health & workout readings but the lighting is terrible and yet to switch to a more eye-friendly visible face, you have to pay for that. I'm gifting to someone and I'll switch back to a Samsung.

Glad I have the next few days off.

I’m glad I’ll have a few days off to give this watch my undivided attention. Printed the manual: I am looking forward to enjoying many cups of coffee as I discover all the options available. Like how it ties into My Connect app.

not what I expected

did not like the garmin instinct 2s. the main reason the battery did not last what it is shown in the specifications, I did everything to ''save battery'' and not even that worked. Besides it looked too bulky with a small screen, weird for me. All my personal opinion.

Re-Gifted

The manual was in the smallest print that I've seen. I wasn't happy with the small face and low-lighting; made it difficult to read in the night time. The picture of the Garmin watch appears sturdy and user-friendly.

Love that I made the change!

This is my 3rd Garmin, and I've loved everyone! The Instinct2S was a big change as I was coming from the VivoActive, a slim fit device. As a trail hiker, the 6 hour limit on my Vivo just wasn't enough. I find the S fit perfect for my petite wrists. And because the Vivo has no side buttons, I was hesitant at first as my wrists can get angled with my hikes. To date, no issues of accidental pressing, the buttons are slim. It Was The Best Watch

This Watch has the Feature i need most, The Pulse Ox, Sleep Tracking and Hydration and the sleep tracking helped me to remind myself to sleep well tonight, the stress tracking was still super handy on this watch and it is the most best feature i have ever seen on a Garmin Wearable

Extraordinary watch for a reasonable price

I have been a big fan of the Instinct series. The second generation is a big improvement of a watch that was already impressive. More features (e.g., training status, training effect, recovery time, functional threshold, etc. added). The "S" version is a bit smaller, but still fits my average size wrist, with a bit less battery life (plenty enough for a daylong exercise with gps on). I purchased this watch to track my running while working in Antarctica. The gps tracking is spot on! While running a marathon it tracked the milage to 26.1 miles, only a tenth off. A couple thing I do not like is it can be confusing to navigate the screen options. I almost always need to google how to reset the time when crossing time zones.
