The best companion !
I bought this gadget before ten days and I have already made progress in my training. I use intervals and virtual pacer. It is necessary to know the speed I run every second in order to improve. Besides forerunner 35 has the perfect design , total black,square shape ,so I don't need a second watch for more formal clothes .

does not work as anticipated
The product would not locate the salesman in the store, let alone someone at a distance. I returned it before I left the store. Maybe we did something wrong, however the sales man spent 2 hours with me as I bought and returned products like yours.

This was so easy to set up and it is very easy to use. Plus, when synced with my iPhone, the Garmin Connect app really gives a great break down of my activities.

Clever and nifty...just right
I got this watch yesterday mainly for the heart rate feature while biking. I'm also very pleased the watch can be used in conjunction with my GPS/cadence/speedometer/etc unit. And.....then it all ties back to the Garmin app which archives all my activities!! There will be a slight learning curve to being efficient with the menu, but it actually seems very intuitive thus far. I'm pretty excited about it. the features on this are ideal.

I can't figure out this device. It sends me messages that I haven't asked for. It doesn't let me select the item I want from a menu. It seems to start tracking even though I have not set that up. The minimal instructions that come in the box do not help.

Great watch but it got wet inside
I bouht it in october, it is supposed to be a watch tha can be used inside water, even for swimming! But ever since one month the screen started having like a wet circle, continued restarting by itself and later on, went completely off and I couldn’t turn it on any more.

Enjoy the Simplicity
I just bought this watch to replace my Polar M400. It has been a joy to use and a lot less complicated than my old watch. The GPS seems to be very accurate and the steps recorded are also. The lower profile, band and weight are great.

This app detected my low heart rate in low 40's with my sleep apnea. And detected my unusual high heart rates in the 130's. I called my doctor who adjusted my heart meds. Possibly kept me from having another heart attack

I ran my first half marathon a few weeks back and my wife bought me this afterwards. Previously, I was just using a MyZone monitor to track my training. I like all the features on this. It does a lot more. It is a little higher on calories burned than on my heart rate monitor. Not sure which is more accurate, but I have heard the heart monitor is. Not a big deal though. Excellent for new runners
Love this watch. Easy to use and display is not over complicated. It has held up almost 2 years through many running races and obstacle course events. I've tried more expensive complicated watches but prefer this one for distance, heart rate, and setting pace.
