So far - Great

So far, the fridge is great. Looks great, runs great - everyone is happy. We added a shelf in the freezer and are looking at a drawer for the fridge - then it will be complete.

Don't like the water filter RFID technology on GE

The GE water filter is a scam. you can't reset the alert light and are forced to purchase a new one if you want the light off. Many other manufacturers allow you to reset this as this filter is rated for 700 gallons between changes.

Ice Maker not working.

I've had the refrigerator for 3 days and already the ice maker isn't working.

Life changing fridge

Great fridge with great features!

I love my fridge! The fridge and freezer sections are both easy to keep organized and the ice maker runs much more quietly than my last fridge.

Pretty

We chose this fridge because we have a more narrow opening than most modern fridges and we wanted water/ice on the door. We were concerned about the side-by-side configuration, but find it more convenient than the freezer on the bottom and the fridge is a bit deeper than our old fridge, so actually has more room. We also like the LED lighting. The one problem we had is that one of the freezer shelves is missing.

Love the side by side fridge and freezer. It is super spacious and roomy. Fits everything we need with room to spare

UNKNOWN PART

The refrigerator shows a part A for the freezer door, however we have been unable to find anyone who can locate this part or part number. Since we are limited on space to the 33' we choose to keep it since it's slready installed, but not happy about it.

Dependable Name, Dependable Product!

We are so happy with our new side by side GE refrigerator! We have been without a refrigerator since July, two months! We had first purchased a whirlpool refrigerator, brand new, and it would not get cold! We said no more whirlpool, and ordered the GE refrigerator. It is beautiful and got cold very quickly maintaining the temperature. We are very happy that we purchased from GE. No more whirlpool for us, only GE. Thank you!

Perfect with in-the-door ice maker and water

The GE Refrigerator/Freezer has been a great addition to my kitchen. The size is perfect for my kitchen layout and I enjoy the ice maker and water. The black color matches the rest of my kitchen appliances.

Great utilization of space

I love my new GE side by side refrigerator freezer. The ice maker is encapsulated so I do not get up in the morning with Ice & water on my kitchen floor. It is more spacious than my previous fridge as well. I did need to order one more shelf for the fridge and one more D rack for the door

Great for small space

This is one of the few refrigerators with a water dispenser that fits our small space. The water dispenser is very convenient to use. The fridge has many shelves, making it easy to organize food. Apart from the somewhat small internal space, we're very satisfied with everything else.
