No troubleshooting, buy extended warranty or else
I paid full price and expect the full manual, in print, with troubleshooting. Instead, this seems to have fallen to the wayside in favor of planned obsolescence—so that they can upcharge for the extended warranty. Also the burners are essentially on high at 2 out of 10 already. If that can be changed, I wouldn't know because troubleshooting wasn't provided.

Would RecommendOverall the stove is very good and I am pleased with the purchase. There are a couple of things that annoy me, hence the 4 stars. The bottom drawer has a large capacity, however the metal used on the front of the drawer is flimsy. It will dent very easily. One of the small coils doesn't sit all the way down easily. It's catching on something and I have to really fiddle with it to get it down flush. This makes me dread taking the coil out to clean the drip pan. The knobs are a little tight, ...

Would Recommendthe coils heat up very quickly and adjust quickly; for this reason, I'm very glad I switched back from flat/glass top to coils. The oven also heats quickly and holds the set temperature.

The cook top rattles. It's very loud. Like the burners don't lock in so it's just constantly rattling. I'm noise sensitive. Like I would of rather bought a flat top, and I don't like those either.

Would RecommendI love this stove! I got it in black. My daughter says it's amazing. I like that it has the coil burners and burner pans that are very easy to clean and not a glass top which scratches easy and a pain to clean especially if you get food on it while its hot and it burns on the burner.
