DO NOT PURCHASE WASHER LEAKS

THIS WASHER LEAKS I have had this washer less than a year. They have replaced this washer once due to the same problem. Three different repair companies have been out to my home over the last year with no resolution. I have asked for a refund or a replacement and have been denied both. I have reached out to Lowes, and they are not willing to help resolve this issue until the 1-year warranty is up. I will never purchase a GE product again. I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE this machine. We had the older version of this and it was a good thing we got the extended warranty. After several repair visits the warranty company finally paid us to replace it. We bought this machine which is the same just a newer model. I kid you not 12 days later and I am currently on hold to schedule service. It's leaking out the bottom of the door and the door is stuck locked with wet laundry in it. So that's fun. I would not recommend, water leaks

We've had this washer several years. It started leaking water around the soap dispenser tray. The housing around that tray is a bad design. It gets clogged up and water sprays in all directions causing it to leak down the washer and on the floor. I'm tired of using towels to soak up water! It was expensive and it does work so now I feel stuck with it and don't like it.

Worth the price

This set works great! My clothes and blankets seem cleaner than before with the old set I had. Love the app and options to set up alerts.

Do not buy this washer. It lasted one month after the warranty expired. Lowes was not helpful at all and they’re 800 number was even worse. This thing was definitely made to break.

Washer system buzzer is not loud enough and the volume level is not adjustable otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

Buyer Beware

Washer failed after one load! We must wait for 13 days for a replacement washer??? Unacceptable service! We understand that machines break but it should be replaced the next day!

Excellent machine!

Love everything about this washing machine, including the huge capacity, quiet operation and the choice of washing cycles. The best features are the wifi connection with the notifications about the cycle completion, and the tumble option to reduce wrinkles after the cycle, and the venting system to dry the machine after a cycle. The 20-minute quick wash option s is really handy. Last, it's very effective and takes out stains my old machine couldn't budge.

Looks like a good replacement for my old GE washer

Ability to handle large loads is why I selected this washer. I have found it to be very efficient so far. No odor issues yet but I not had long. I do like the ability to vent the inside to help prevent mold or slime buildup. Looks gorgeous in my laundry room!

Get the extended warranty! You WILL need it!

I've owned this washer and matching dryer for a couple of years now. I've had to file at least 5 warranty claims on the washer alone. First it was the door lock. Then a computer board. Then another computer board. NOW it has a bearing problem. My repairman has put in for a bearing replacement and says they will probably end up just replacing the entire machine! Thank goodness I had sense enough to buy the extended warranty!
