Quiet and clean dishes, racks are cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it a few weeks but we are very happy w the cleanliness of the dishes coming out or the dishwasher and it's very quiet that ls a huge plus . Our only criticism are the racks . They seem flimsy, the racks bind on the rollers and when you tug in them they fall off the tracks. They are a big flimsy and the silverware caddy falls apart and has to be reassembled

Nice Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very quiet running dishwasher with nice features but the thing that really is frustrating is the wheels keep falling off of the bottom basket when you pull it out to remove the dishes. We consistently have to snap the wheels back on to the basket.

Fingerprint Resistant Top Control Dishwasher

Really Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much this dishwasher holds! And the third rack is wonderful - especially with all of the baking during this season. Dishes, pans, glassware, silverware - all come out clean and spotless. And the machine is QUIET!

Worst dishwasher I've owned

This dishwasher has not gotten dishes clean since we bought it. Then about 11 months into owning it, the dishwasher leaked water onto our floor. GE reps came out to diagnose dishes not getting clean, but were unable to identify or fix the problem.

Washes dishes beautifully!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a great job The only thing I don’t care for is the third rack with the tray for utensils. I feel it could have been a better design. You can barely fit very much in that small tray. The whole rack should have been for the utensils.

DW cleaning

This dishwasher is quiet and has adequate capacity. However, it does not thoroughly clean. I pre-rinse dishes, use top dishwasher soap but dishes often come out with residue. Very disappointed in this appliance

Great new quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much quieter than our old Maytag. A bit disappointed with the bottom rack height for my larger plates and pots, the blade hits them. I would do away with the short depth top rack and raise the 2nd rack so the bottom has more height. Yes I know my 2nd rack does move up and down.

The controls are hard to use and understand

This is the least effective dishwasher that we have owned in 35 years. You can run the same dishes 3 cycles and still have to hand wash them to get them clean

Louder than its predecessor

Too long cycles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cycles take too long. I installed the app as I was told I would have more cycle choices but they still take an hour. Wish there was a cycle for "quick wash".

Attractive

Repair person indicates that the control panel needs to be replaced. Configuration of this dishwasher doesn't make sense. I bought it because upper area can be lowered to fit larger mugs. But if you lower it, the wash arm is impeded by knives in the silverware rack. I had to remove the smaller silverware tray at the very top to enable fitting mugs and not h...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first new dishwasher we’ve ever purchased and we love it. It’s super quiet and cleans the dishes really well. We can fit quite a bit of dishes in there. Only downside is that the cycles take a while to finish. But all in all, we love it.

Disappointed in dishwasher

This is my first ge dishwasher and I've had trouble with it from the first wash. I kept hearing a thumping noise after researching it i made sure there wasn't anything the way of the spray arms to cause this noise. It still thumped so I called for service. It is still under warranty. They came out, said it shouldn't be making the noise so they came back with a new bottom spray arm. Not Made Like They Used to Be

Racks are a little flimsy and dont roll easily, but it gets the dishes clean. The guys that installed it were very thorough and knew how to properly install a DW

Not worth it

Not excited about my GE Profile Dishwasher. All the moving parts are cheap plastic! The bottom wash wand melted after six months of use! CHEAP QUALITY!! Not so cheap price! It only dries on boost dry. The GE repairman actually said;”Well the dishwasher is only supposed to clean the dishes, not dry them!!” He actually said that with confidence!! OK!! That’s a new one!!

Disappointed in the quality of the dishwasher

Can't close the door of the dishwasher unless I move the flatware holder. The door itself is harder to close as compared to my previous dishwasher made by KitchenAid . The trays also are harder to push into the dishwasher.

Do you desire QUIET LARGER CLEANER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, we upgraded from a GE dishwasher to a Profile GE dishwasher with external handle serving excellently as a towel rack and it is too quiet. The top rack pulls the whole way out and does not drop plus a large utensil rack.
