It's quiet, but that's about it

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever had. That being said, the capacity is smaller than any previous dishwasher, and the control panel is hidden and inconvenient unless the machine is open. I fail to understand why it's not available in white, so it's the only NON white appliance in the kitchen, which breaks the visual line. The bottom rack doesn't "fold down" to allow for large pots. The top "flat pieces" rack is a waste of space. I think GE needs to get a cook involved in the design...

Amazingly quiet!

I replaced my dishwasher after 25 years because I was afraid with the new tariffs what a replacement would cost if I ever needed one: the old one never had a problem. I only run it every other week, and I never put dirty dishes in it so I was interested in the 1 hour cycle the one time I have used it. Very pleased! Super quiet and effective!

Love this dishwasher! Dishes are sparkly clean with the regular cycle. Runs quiet, easy to use. My only complaint is that the model and serial number are hard to locate.

Nice upgrade from what we had.

Really quiet. Undecided on the length of run time as it seems longer than what we had been used to. Definitely cleans very well!

Great dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher and its many great features. The adjustable middle shelf is great if you have taller items you can lower it up/down depending on which level you place your item on. The top pull out drawer is great for cooking utensils and knives (though I will admit that I sometimes forget it's there). The dishwasher is so quiet that you barely notice it's working.

It runs extremely quiet and looks great. Racks are very smooth operating.

Efficient and Quiet

The dishwasher is easy to operate and is very quiet. The only concern is that the top rack does not allow easy access to loading the areas in the very back of the rack. The specialty rack on the very top of the dishwasher is a handy rack for knives and other cutlery.

Great cleaner!

This dishwasher cleans very well. The bottom rack doesn't securely roll without going off the guides.

Missing a Cycle

We love our dishwasher. It is so quiet we aren’t sure it is running! We’re learning about it’s great capacity when loaded wisely and the energy saving cycles work well. Amazing improvement over our KitchenAid!

We had a KitchenAid before, the GE is a big improvement. Love the top-level drawer, perfect for chopsticks, kitchen tools like tongs, spatulas and measuring spoons. Capacity is huge, and the ability to boost the hot water temp is another plus. Also appreciate the Microban material used wherever moisture can linger. Much quieter than the KitchenAid. We use the app to enable features like the bottle-washing jets and energy-saving cycle options. It's a winner, all around!

Never got to use

Have no idea how it works! Failure to drain warning the first time I attempted to use. Currently waiting for new water pump to be installed (one and a half weeks). So brand new appliance in place, 3 weeks later????? Not a clue!

No issues but one

My only issue is the length of the cycles. Other than that, I live everything about this dishwasher.

Love this Dishwasher

We love our new GE Profile Dishwasher! The third top rack is something I use every day! I love the anti-bacterial coating and how easy it is to load and unload. I also enjoy being connected to it with WIFI! One more excellent feature is that you can set it to thoroughly dry plastic items so they don't come out of the dishwasher wet. Bravo General Electric!

Everything's fine until the racks start disintegrate one poorly sealed wire at a time. They need to work on whatever it is that they coat it with.

Grate features

T he top tray is new and very useful. It also has one of the most powerful water pumps in the industry.
