Need to work the kinks out

Worst ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance has been submitted par from the day I bought my new home. It wont work now... it lights up and still wont work. I reset breaker tried trouble shooting it.. worst Appliance ever owned. So Disappointed in GE. They wont help me replace it.

Not so Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my husband and I just moved in our new home and this is truly a serious issue. It seems like we were given a faulty product .The part that connects the sprayer part will not stay in place. I have attached photos. Please make this right. We really like the brand. Thanks

Honest answer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is good if you’re not using it all the time. I havent had any issues other than the side of the rubber coming off everytime it rolls in or out. Other wise it’s good in cleaning, drying i love ! But it just depends on the persons needs. I’m satisfied & haven’t had any issues but i don’t use it daily nor twice a day.

Do NOT buy

Dishwasher sucks. Doesn’t clean dishes and also does not dry dishes. Everybody has the same problem. It came with the house, it’s less than two years old, it’s rusted out already, film on the plates and residue. It’s loud when it runs, have to press buttons several times for operations. It’s definitely builder grade, we did not choose these appliances with the house, someone else built it and we got a discount. It is what it is, but I will be buying a new one , stay away, spend the money on some...

Wouldn't buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just an average dishwasher. American Home Shield couldn't find parts for our 20 year old Whirlpool that had more features. I absolutely hate the latch as you have to press hard to close it. It does an OK job washing the dishes, but it takes a lot longer to run a normal wash cycle.

Better than expected

I just got them and started using them, but even on regular cycle the dishwasher rocks I can’t believe how clean everything was when I opened it up the dishwasher even took the coffee stains out of a coffee cup that I use so much. I couldn’t get it all out my hand And the microwave is quiet and heat very well. I haven’t had any hotspots in my food so far and the dishwasher is fairly quiet for a dishwasher so I’m very happy with both products.

Rusting Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works fine but it’s not even 2 years old and the racks are already rusting. Looking at reviews that seems to be a common problem. Is there a way to fix that?

Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have them come out 3 different times for same issues. The gasket keeps coming off and leaking. The dishes are not being fully cleaned and not being fully dry.

Not even 2yrs old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher came with the new house I bought. I moved in april 2024. Its not quite 2yrs old. The rack coating , some have come off . The rack is starting to rusting
