great product

Not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has terrible wheels on the track for bottom rack. Constantly getting oof track. The unit doesn’t pause when I need to add more items after initial start. The unit doesn’t pause dis loud. The unit does not dry dishes well. I do not like the product at all.

This dishwasher is the best

I just love it! It's nice and quiet cleans everything brilliantly. Installation was excellent. The controls are easy. There is plenty of cycles you could choose from in the capacity is so big. I could never really fill it.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes forever, and doesn't even clean anything. It left an awful residue and I ended up needing to hand wash everything all over. Also leaves everything soaking wet despite having a "dry cycle." Spend a little more money and get something that works.

Poor Interior Quality And Poor Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] interior is very poor quality. All the tires are almost easily detached during moving the tray inside out. Installation was very poor. All the Rubber belt part is very poorly installed my wood floor is popped out. Alot of leaking. Not happy with this purchase

Cheap

This is the builder-grade dishwasher included in the purchase of a new condo, and we can't wait to change out this and all of the other appliances. Cheap and loud. I would definitely recommend upgrading to one with a stainless interior and other features.

Rusting on racks

We have only had this about 3 years in our brand new house and we have rusting on the racks.

Dishwasher Cycle

When i used the dishwasher it will take 4 hours to completely finish/dry.

Dishwasher Quality

Poor quanlity

This appliance already installed in our new construction townhome. It is loud and seems to take forever to run a cycle. Now it will not turn on without several tries of opening the door and shutting to restart. Plan to replace this. We blame the builder for putting in, what we think is the cheapest they could find. Will not purchase a GE product.

Rack Has Rusted Quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bottom rack has rusted and I haven’t had it that long. It makes my dishes yucky and produces an awful smell.

Not Well Made

This product is only slightly over 3 years old the racks are already rusting. It was a brand new dishwasher and I am so disappointed to find the racks don’t even last 3 years with only moderate use.

Rusty racks

Poor quality and rusty

Racks are rusty and coating is peeling off. Are the replacement racks same poor quality?

Poor quality dishwasher racks

It does wash the dishes well, but the racks have all rusted out and has left it almost unusable as the rust breaks off on the dishes. Where can I get the top and bottom rack replacement? Please contact me for a replacement for the racks!
