This washer is the best bang for your buck

Really quiet

I have always had a Bosch & the GE is great.

Its very quiet running. But the top controls keep turning on everytime you open the door by my touching a button or push to close. I have to keep holding the start button to turn off.

So far a little disappointed with my dishwasher which I don’t think it is the fault of the machine.My dishwasher moves a little from side to side in the space. i’m told that you cannot drill to my quartz top so he is using screw on the sides. It is very quiet which I like. Seems to be cleaning well except for the knives. The installer says he has done all he can.

Disappointing Quality + Leak Issue

Never going with GE again. Very disappointed with this dishwasher. It developed a leak almost immediately and required service and replacement parts. It damaged our hardwood floors. A brand-new appliance should not have that kind of failure. Beyond that, the build quality is noticeably poor. We replaced a Bosch with this unit and the difference is striking. The rack rails feel flimsy, the racks don’t glide smoothly, and the plastic coating feels thin and cheap. The interior just does not feel...

Broken in 10 months

Love the color (slate). Love the three racks. Love the spray for the cups and extra spray for the silverware. It does run quietly! We purchased this on April 19, 2025 and it broke on February 19, 2026. We think its the pump. Called for the warranty service and they don't have anyone in our area we can call so a repairman will reach out to us in 48 hours. Excellent

I liked the fact that a perfect fit was the result of installing.

Easy to self install.

All stainless interior and door. Very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning dishes

I don't know of anything.

The new unit is almost identical to our 7yr old one that died. New features were explained to us by the installer and the switch went flawlessly. No mess and very quick installation.

delivery delayed and then damaged

Delivery was delayed a week. Had to reschedule plumber and then dishwasher was damaged before it got out of the box. Delivery guys just roughly dropped it to the floor. DIdnt unbox it until plumber could get there to put it in and thats why we didnt know until it was out of the box that it was damaged. i cant comment on the product since we havent used it

Only good for 6 months

I had no issues with this dishwasher for 6 months then the control board had an alarm and I contacted GE through the warranty. I have now had service technicians to my house on 4 separate occasions in one month and still don't have a working dishwasher. All electrical components have been replaced and the dishwasher still does not run.
