Be aware of drain hose problem.

The dishwasher was relatively easy to install and had some nice features like steam cleaning, bottle washer, dry cycle boost and extra upper tray for longer utensils. The only problem was that the hose drain connection was slightly too large for the Insinkerator disposal and created a leak. There was no simple remedy to fix this problem (the hose cutoff to 5/8” was too small).

1 year in broke 2 times

broke 2 times in the first year. not like oh no my dishes aren't clean, think water all over the floor. needed new diverter and bottom spinning arm twice not hopeful for this machine to be around long.

Worked fine for a few months

I loved the way this washer loads and the top rack is nice. After about a year of using this maybe 2-3 times a week the control panel went out. The water wasn’t heating and it wouldn’t run a full cycle no matter the setting. The warranty covered the $460 repair bill thank goodness, but 3 weeks later is started doing the same thing. I would not purchase this again.

Not built to last

Purchased this dishwasher in 2024. Within a few months of use, the top rack was rusting. GE did replace it, but the new rack did the same thing. Also, the pocket handle is breaking off in pieces. I do not think this dishwasher will last five years.

So Cheap, So Terrible

We had the same washer with our home built in 2005 for 20 years. It finally broke and we trusted the GE Brand. This product is overwhelmingly bad. The configuration is practically unusable, but the most amazing thing is how cheaply it is put together. The top rack slides out and slams forward if there is even the lightest items in it. Quiet and Effective DW

A little flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Louder than expected. Also seems to be built with cheaper plastic. Door is flimsy. Trays don’t slide easily. Drying is so-so. Cleaning is acceptable.

Good value for cost

Love the bottle jets! Regular dry setting isn’t dry at all, but the dry boosters are good. Runs pretty quiet and the finished song is cute.

always breaks

I've had this thing for less than a year and it's broken twice already. zero stars!
