i have had this dishwasher since Feb 2025 use maybe 8 times between repairs. I have tried to get a refund and someone come and get this JUNK .. but i have had no luck. I am out all this money for a dishwasher that floods my kitchen when i use, because the door leaks after they replaced it.

Would not buy again

I was really looking forward to getting a new dishwasher, but after having this installed and using it for several months, I wish we would’ve just kept our old one. I’m not sure if ours is faulty, but the dry feature doesn’t work at all; the dishes come out soaking wet every time. And if hand drying every dish that comes out of the dishwasher wasn’t bad enough, half of them don’t even come clean, so I have to hand wash AND dry them. Love my GE Dishwasher

We have always purchased GE products and have never been disappointed. This dishwasher is great, cleans well, and has a third shelf. And it's quiet— That's the best part, I think, of any dishwasher!

This dishwasher is garbage. Half the time when you run it, the soap dispenser doesn't open, or opens and the soap just runs all over the inside of the door, leaving the dishes inside dirty. The little plastic wheels for the bottom rack have been replaced multiple times, the plastic piece that holds the upper sprayer arm in place has broken. Lite and Musty

The dishwasher came with my new home. In my previous home I had GE appliances. Dishwasher had excellent performance. This model has decent capacity. I don’t understand the cycle. Press 1 hour and it displays 2:44 minutes as if it’s preset. Dishes get clean but do not dry unless the door is open once the cycle is complete. Is not quiet

Product was advertised as being very quiet. It is not. My previous GE dishwasher was much quieter.

Absolute garbage. Don't waste your money!

I thought the previous dishwasher I bought from Lowes was the worst, but this one, takes that cake and the last one died within 9 months. No one supports their products. Not the manufacturer and not Lowes. This dishwasher is beyond loud. Not sure where they came up with 50 decibels. You cannot have a conversation in the room when it is running. Leaks every time it is used

This dishwasher has leaked out the door since it was installed. GE has had sent 3 different techs out a total of 6 times but it still has not been fixed. Each time the tech leaves they say it has taken care of the problem yet it still leaks. GE has been difficult to work with. I asked for a replacement and they are not willing to do that, their tech needs to claim it is unrepairable.

Dishwasher came wet inside

Dishwasher came wet inside and Lowe’s cannot tell me why. Can only offer replacement or return too. After I already waited forever for it to come since virtually no black colored products are carried in store.
