[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though you use rinse aid, the dishes are still wet at the end of the drying cycle.

Disappointing
Would Not RecommendGenuinely disappointed in this dishwasher. We purchased just six months ago and are the dishwasher is no longer functioning - all the control panel does is blink, so we are incurring repair costs after barely half a year of use. When functioning, it does not clean or dry dishes entirely, although it takes 4+ hours to run. Extremely disappointed in this product considering the time we have had it. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

Good features but slow cycles
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is very quiet. Cleans very well. Although some cleaning cycles last for around 5 hours when we use drying/advanced drying. Really love the capacity of the product and how many vessels it can take. It has a water dispenser separately for the middle rack. This makes it very easy to load vessels independently.

SweepstakesFTD error
Would Not RecommendI've had this dishwasher for less than 2 years and it has spent more time broken than working. I've had multiple technicians come out to work on it and I still get the same FTD error every few months. This dishwasher has driven me to insanity.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I updated our kitchen and bought all GE Appliances. They were packed well and covered with protective coverings which kept fingerprints and other construction debris off of them. Great so far.

short lifespan. I do not recommend
Would Not RecommendIt works pretty good for the most part. But after 4 years the lower spray arm needed to be replaced. And after 5 years, the floating seal went out and leaked water all over and destroyed the subfloor to our kitchen. Long time GE owner and highly disappointed. See attached photos of floating seal.
