Good entry level dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leveling was a bit of pain during installation - granted this is an entry level dishwasher, but the leveling feet we threaded through the extruded aluminum base and would rotate/loosen while trying to get the dishwasher lined up with the cabinetry. Was still able to self-install as a DIY homeowner

DON'T buy appliances at Lowes

Installation was not performed correctly. I have a water leak and Lowes says that the subcontractor is responsible to correct. Subcontractor says they will send someone to inspect in 5 days. If plumbing problem they will not fix, I will be responsible to hire a plumber. When you pay $199 for installation you assume that it will be installed by someone that won't leave you with a leak and that Lowes is ultimately responsible. That is not the case.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still new to us but the one hour wash has been enough to get everything super clean. Seems to be very efficient even with some lightly soiled pots in there.

Good dishwasher

I installed it myself, and it was straight forward and fairly simple. Lowe's charging $212 for install is ridiculous. If you're replacing an existing dishwasher you shouldn't have any trouble. Make sure to buy the install kit for what ever you buy. No issues with it so far. Replaced a Bosch that lasted about 8 years.

Bad quality

Poor quality! I built a new home with this installed and have had issues from day one. The wheels keep breaking and falling off, and the rack brackets are constantly snapping. The overall build quality is terrible. Unfortunately, all of my home appliances are GE, but I’m gradually planning to replace them with another brand.

Broken spray arm after one year and three years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lower spray arm broke again within two years of replacing it. The lower spray arm is going to continue to break because it’s plastic and it melts next to the heating element. If you’re willing to buy a new spray arm every year or so then this is the dishwasher for you. other than that the dishwasher works great.

Odd side effect
