DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I just had my dishwasher installed and went to run the first cycle. When I went to empty it out I noticed the dishes were still wet and the soap dispenser never opened. Tried to run it again and the same thing happened. Tried for a third time and couldn’t get it to even come on. No power! Called GE and they sent a repairman. He had to order a part for my brand new never been used dishwasher. I thought GE was supposed to be reliable appliances!!

DO NOT BUY!!

All of the plastic wheels for the bottom rack have come off and burned up after coming in contact with the heating element! Apparently, there is no locking mechanism to keep them in place and they were melted! The spray arm as well! Not only is this a fire hazard, it has left a horrible burnt smell throughout my house and on my dishes! I have never experienced such shoddy craftsmanship on an appliance before! We have had this dishwasher for barely two years and it is basically useless now.

Quiet, Easy to Operate

Much less noisy than my previous dishwasher. It is simple to operate and has nice features, like the extra tray at top for knives and plastic lids. I also like the choice of holders for bottles with individual water jets.

Not bad

You can tell it’s not as sturdy as a high end dish washer, but so far I am content with my purchase. It is serving its intended purpose.

Great Product BY GE

It is very good product, all of my indian friends use the same product in their homes. we really love it and cleans the utensils very cleanly and even party utensils. Thank you GE for such great product.

Great Features

Love the product works better than the old one. I had. It was time to get a deal with the old ones about 13 years old and I’m loving it. Installation was easy.

can't replace the stainless steel model

Not too happy with this model; wish I had my old one back which had a stainless steel interior instead an all plastic one. The upper most drawer is not a most useful one and shortens the drawer below for bottles that no longer can be added to the jet wash. Also missing is a rack for glasses with a stem, i.e. wine glasses.

Not good. Do not buy any GE appliance.

I have had nothing but problems with this product for the last year. The tub gasket does not stay in properly and I have to adjust it constantly. Conveniently this happened after 1 year so GE’s answer is she’ll out money for a service call nd we’ll look at it. I’ve had many Whirlpool appliances with no issue. With GE I’ve had problems with the Refrigerator, athe Clothes Washer and the dishwasher. All purchased within the last 3 years. This is ridiculous and even more so that after spending all t...

solid dishwasher

for the price it is a good product, it was on sale at the time is why we chose this over a differ brand. The plastic tub and drying aren't a great combo, but even out last Stainless didnt dry much better

Too early to comment about its performance and durability but it is perfectly doing its job as it is supposed to.
