Won’t sync with Cync or google hime

Google home and the Cync app cannot find the bulb. I tried the factory resets. Ge help page pops up but asks for your credit card info before helping. Set up was not easy or seamless. It was non existent. Now is the part where the review gets a reply from GE directing me to their support line where they ask you to pay.

won't work

one thing it doesn't let you know on the box is that you MUST have a 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi. It will not work with a 5 GHZ. I have the google5 Gig mesh and it will not work. Would have been nice if this information was readily found on the box thus avoiding having to return it

Pretty good, not Apple Home compatible

Don’t like that I bought 3 and was overcharged $5 each. But I lost my receipt and couldn’t ask for a refund. After 2 weeks of using, one correctly installed bulb intermittently responds to directions via Alexa. Good for $10 bulb. Wish I didn’t pay $15.

Setup was a pain, and I never could get 2 or more lights working in the same "home" in the app. Apparently its a common problem, and the recommendation from support is to just make another "home" and have a light in each "home" to get it to work. There is something that just doesn't allow the second light to get added to the original home.
