Great aquarium fixture substitute
Would RecommendI bought this light to use in an aquarium fixture when another brand failed to work. I also find the ability to change the color temperature useful as I can give the fish different light types. I wish it could have been bought as a single unit because if it lasts as long as specified I will never need the second lamp.

5-year life is really less than two
Would Not Recommendthese are replacements for identical "5-year life" tubes but after less than two years. they do not last

Easy swap for the ballast style tube light
Would RecommendNice light. No rewiring of a fluorescent ballast style light, just tale out the old fluorescent tubes and Replace with these, couldn't be easier. Also I love the three light spectrum options available, just choose the one you like.

Gives lots of options
Would RecommendWe bought these light bulbs for the kitchen in our college son's apartment. We liked how we could have 3 different options in the color of the light bulb because we didn't know what he wanted. We ended up keeping it at the highest level because it gave off the most bright light. If for some reason he doesn't like it later on, he can change it. They were reasonably priced for the options they give.
