I love this machine

This machine is so easy to use and makes a great espresso. Much more cost effective and environmentally friendly that pods. Plus no chemicals or stale coffee concerns that some pods present. I love this machine and wouldn’t be without it. I gave 4 stars because the app to make adjustments to espresso shot amounts is a bit janky plus the waste tray sometimes says empty when it is not full. Best little espresso machine

I’m very please with the GE Profile Espresso Machine. I have had many espresso machine but this little machine is the easiest and simplest to use. I have used it a lot and it has performed flawlessly! Makes great espresso that has thick crème. The ability to regulate the strength of the espresso and quantity right from your phone app is a very nice feature!! I highly recommend this espresso maker!

Can't live without it

I love this espresso maker. It makes one excellent espresso and I should know, I'm European! It works really well for a single person or a couple, but if I indulge, the water tank is on a smaller size. Also the used been holder is small, so the clean up is more often, but very easy to do. I actually find it beneficial to keep the machine clean and operating optimally at all times. Overall, I would recommend this coffee maker to everyone who loves an excellent cup of coffee!

Makes Outstanding Coffee

Even my Starbucks barista daughter is impressed with the quality of coffee that this machine makes. She has made me lattes and cappuccinos with it, and I've made many Americanos. Who would have expected that grinding the beans immediately before brewing could make such a difference! My husband gave this to me for Christmas because he knows how much I enjoy my morning coffee. This all-in-one latte maker is sleek, easy to use and makes a delicious cup consistently. Also easy to clean.

One year review

This espresso machine has working flawlessly and I do not have any concerns. Creates great lattes and gets used multiple times daily. The descaling process is simple.

First week review

So far I’m quite impressed with the performance of this little machine. I was quite worried when I decided to purchase it because fully automatic espresso machines are not the greatest even some of those that double the price of this one. However, after a week I have to admit that the performance has been pretty good. Time will tell about the components overall quality, but so far I’m happy for buying it.

User Friendly

This espresso machine is very easy to use and pretty straight forward. The videos that are titled “tips” are really helpful if some things are unclear. Espresso comes out full bodied and frothy, yummm! Steam wand makes a glossy micro-foam i’ve only seen in craft coffee spots.

Great Purchase!

We are so glad the we bought this Profile Espresso maker with the steamer. We’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it works like a charm. We get notifications when the water or beans are low and when it needs cleaning. It makes a great espresso just the way we like it.

No regrets

GE Automatic Espresso Machine set up took a bit of time updating on the app. Shortly after that the machine was up, running, and easy to use. I have used the machine daily for a little over a month now and have no complaints. I was tire of the K-cup coffee and wanted to try brewing with fresh coffee beans. This product is ideal for me and the features are extremely easy to use. So far this is the perfect coffee machine (in use for about about a month)

Easy to use, makes excellent espresso

I've had this espresso machine for about two weeks and have had good success with it. It makes espresso and cafe americano easily, with an easy to use steamer. The unit is easy to load and easy to keep clean. I've used it every morning we've had it to make cappucinos for myself and my wife. The wifi capability is nice but doesn't add a whole lot to the experience because any messages the unit might send to the app, such as that it is time to empty the waste or add water, are also displayed...

If you're looking for an espresso machine that's fast and easy to use this is the one! It's a perfect fit for our lifestyle of just make it easy and give me a great tasting drink. The SmartHQ app is a great add for notifications and customizing. Our favorite drink over the holidays was double espresso + white chocolate + peppermint + frothed milk. We also delighted family and guests with affogatos (ice cream + espresso) after dinners.

Great product easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the basic setup which took no time at all and adding beans and water the espresso shots were coming out. The G&E espresso machine is high end, but easy to use. We have used it a few times and can tell right away this is a quality product. This is just another great product from G&E and anyone that gets one will be glad to add it to their morning espresso need routine.
