won't last

reindeer doesn't work at all. Santa flickers, nutcracker only has 1 working leg. no wonder they were discontinued already. impossible to find replacements or fix them. wasted over $600 on multiple figures and snowflakes

DO NOT BUY

I purchased Dec 2024. Looked cute but this year when I plugged it in, the bottom right part is not lighting up. So frustrating!! I see a lot of reviews saying the same thing. Lowes and GE are not helpful at all. Save your hard earned money

Snowman lights

We purchased all 4 available last year. We had to return and swap out 2 last year due to lights going out within 2 weeks. Fast forward to this year, we got our decorations set up and plug up only to find out 1/2 of the snowman is lit. Is there a fix for this problem?

Terrible product

This decoration looks great, but it barely lasted 10 days. We bought it on Dec. 6 and then part of the lights on the lower left side went out in mid-December. All of the lights subsequently went out a couple of days before Christmas. I'm shocked that GE would even put their name on this product -- it's a total piece of garbage. Please read other reviews about this product failing before buying.

2nd one to not work

I purchased this and 4 others, 3D santa, regular santa, deer, and soldier. Only 2 left that work, regular santa and deer, for now. This is the second snowman I have been through, the 1st one did not work right out of the box so I took it back and got this one. This one now half the body is out, toy soldier and 3D santa dont work at all. Love it!! lights my whole front yard up

Contacted Lowes and created a return before Christmas as the item had a section go out (as it seems many others have experienced) but Lowes will not longer accept any returns as this is a holiday item. However, the email states I have until March to return. Disappointed in Lowes! Why send communication that I have a certain time frame to return the item then say sorry, that was wrong?! Lower right went out and now its all dead

I love the look of this. However, I have now had the same issue as many others that it is not working. First the lower right side of the body went out and now the whole thing is non-functional. Probably going to return so I don't get burned.

Broke in 2 weeks

these were purchased on Dec 6th and by 12/24 they were starting to go out. i returned to Lowes only to be told "sorry, we will not allow refund and we cannot replace" Contacted GE and they want me to pay to ship back for repair! which will cost as much as item. I purchased 3... Do no recommend this or Lowes anymore their service has gotten worse and worse.

Stay away!

only used for 2 days, and the power supply blew up. Then, on my Santa half, his lights went out. They are pure junk! No help from GE not worth the Money

lights stop working

I've tried purchasing two of these. Both times, within 2 weeks, part of the lights stop working.

Light not working after 3 weeks

Have had this product for less than a month and half of the LEDs no longer work.

Brilliant bright light when lit

Was awesome when it worked. Plugged it in after having it for about three weeks and it just flashes now. Waste of money.

Cute but doesn’t last

Very cute LED snowman. Looked great when installed. A week later bottom right side of LED stopped being lite.
