just had machine installed and have put about 5 loads through the machine and yes its still very early but so far my first impressions are the following, Easy set up, easy controls, very user friendly machine and way better cleaning power compared to my previous name brand top load washer! very pleased with my purchase and i cant wait to leave another 5 star review a year or 2 down the road

Problem

Had the washer for 14 months. Was purchased through the builder of our new home. It is no longer operational.

Not what I expected

This is my first front loader washing machine. Pros - It cleans really well and has a nice look, I like that I don't have to worry about it getting out of balance. Cons - The machine can be noisy when on the spin cycle (not normal to me); I was expecting it to be quieter. I would of preferred the soap/bleach dispenser be on top so it could drain better (liquid is always left behind); I don't like that I have to clean the seal to prevent it from smelling and I leave the door open so it can dry...
