just had machine installed and have put about 5 loads through the machine and yes its still very early but so far my first impressions are the following, Easy set up, easy controls, very user friendly machine and way better cleaning power compared to my previous name brand top load washer! very pleased with my purchase and i cant wait to leave another 5 star review a year or 2 down the road

Problem

Had the washer for 14 months. Was purchased through the builder of our new home. It is no longer operational.

Best machine ever

Cleans better than any machine we ever had and features are very easy, very quiet and not to mention very easy on the eyes the machines our of high quality

Design flaw

My 1st washer worked for the first 6 months. Then every time I had a load with any bulky items such as towels, flannel sheets, jeans - it would not spin the water out and would go to Rebalancing time after time. A 37 minute load would take over an hour. Sometimes I had to stop the washer and go to the Rinse and Spin cycle. I had to hang fleece sheets outside to drip dry. I have had to hand wring towels to get them dry enough to put in dryer. The washer was replaced after 3 attempts to fix...
