The noise is unbearable

I’ve just moved into a new rental apartment that came with this refrigerator, and the constant noise it makes is unbelievable. It never stops, and it’s loud enough to be genuinely disruptive in a small space. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m honestly shocked that this is considered a product worth selling

Terrible customer service

Bought fridge and Lowes warranty. Door doesn't close and seal correctly. Lowes will not fix it. The chat bot is useless and the 800 number goes no where. Lowes says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says call Lowes. Horrible customer service on the warranty.

Disappointed

Freezer capacity is much smaller than the listed 6.0 cubic feet spec; I moved my existing frozen items into this model from my old one, which was also 6.0 cf & I was unable to get over 1 cubic feet of product to fit! Also, there is a constant on/off buzz while the motor runs which is extremely irritating.

I would like to highly recommend the delivery men, Louis and Christan, most of all ! Highly impressed with their punctuality, their hard work ethic and their unbeatable politeness. They are both positive assets to your company ! At this point, the product seems to be exactly what I wanted !

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Had ice crystals in freezer during 1st week - due to misaligned freezer drawer - that has been fixed. Can not get used to the compressor noise. The higher pitched noise is very annoying.

The configuration is excellent with the freezer on the bottom although the best arrangement would be a side-by-side. The capacity is excellent particularly with the added storage space on the door. Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this delivered today. So far so good, everything was well packed (trays, glass and shelves). We had a top freezer model before and this is so much nicer with the freezer on the bottom. Purchased white as it just looks cleaner, I love it, perfect size for the 2 of us.

Lots of room & easy to see where your food is.

Old frig had top freezer & we had a hard time getting things out without breaking you neck to see past the freezer door on top. Kept a lot of things on the front edge of the shelves as hard to reach into back of them. Was unable to get bottom freezer frig in 2022 due to the COVID. The company was not getting parts in to make them.

A lot of good features...but it's noisy

I appreciate the capacity of this refrigerator and the shelves meet my needs very well. The temperature is maintained well but I'm not sure how efficient this refrigerator is. The compressor runs most of the time and it is noisy enough to be irritating. I have seen the documentation that states it's more efficient to keep the compressor running rather than to stop and start it frequently. However, it needs to be quiet if it is going to run so much.

Beautiful and practical

I selected the single door GE profile refrigerator with bottom freezer and interior icemaker for my galley kitchen at the beach. Very sleek and modern for a small condo. I recommend this over the bulky 36 inch wide french door when space is a premium.

Great for Wheelchair Capable Individuals

Totally delighted in my moms new refrigerator! She is a double amputee who lives on a fixed income, and a refrigerator with the freezer above was really challenging for her to navigate. The efficiency of the freezer below, for her in her wheelchair is paramount. It was also a huge blessing that this particular refrigerator is also equipped with an ice maker! That is going to provide a significant amount of savings through the year, especially for someone who is already so socioeconomically disad...

Terrific Unit, it provides a Good amount of space, Looks Great, and Smudge resistant surface, keeps this unit looking New. Runs Quiet, I like the Digital Temperature controls We wish the Shelves were Split Shelves, that would allow for optimal storage configurations.
