Perfect replacement for our old fridge
Purchased this fridge along with other GE appliances as we were updating our kitchen. Previous fridge didn't have an ice maker, so this was a welcome addition. Fridge space is great, no issues, well constructed. However the freezer is limited. Add to it the extremely large ice tray. I called GE to see if they had a smaller one, they didn't. Great fridge for smaller area. I dislike french door fridges, I think you lose door storage when you have 2 doors. This fridge is perfect.

Multiple issues after 2 years, super noisy!!
The warranty expired at 2 years and right afterwards we had numerous issues. At first it died completely. Then it had new parts installed which lasted a few weeks before it started to make an obnoxious noise. Repair man has been at our house at least 8 times trying to fix this issue. Super frustrating!! Good space, Noisy Icemaker
Love the amount of space in the refrigerator! I wish the freezer had a bit more. I really like the door alarm as the door doesn't swing shut easily. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the ice maker is REALLY LOUD!! I don't understand it. It must be the pump used to draw the water into the fridge (it's the same hookup I had prior) but I can hear it throughout my house. It sounds like something's broken. It clicks, then knocks, then the sound of the water filling.

The noise is unbearable
I’ve just moved into a new rental apartment that came with this refrigerator, and the constant noise it makes is unbelievable. It never stops, and it’s loud enough to be genuinely disruptive in a small space. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m honestly shocked that this is considered a product worth selling
