Disappointing Purchase
Would Not RecommendThis microwave was supposedly a replacement for my old one. Very far from it!! My last one was slightly smaller inside but had a shelf, which made a world of difference!! The interior of my last one was white, as opposed to black. It’s difficult to see dirt in this one. VERY POOR REPLACEMENT!

Great Microwave/fan
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave was top rated in Consumer Reports. Only complaint was heating speed a bit slow. Wattage is a bit lower (1000) than our last microwave (1100). Following a few weeks of use, I’ve found the lower wattage beneficial. Foods that used to boil over no longer do…no more scorched popcorn. Overall, it may take slightly longer to heat but performance is better. Also fan, venting inside, is more powerful.

This is a decent product. It does what it needs to do. Appears to heat consistently. Controls are easy to use. The surface lights are very dim, and ventilation is limited to recirculation. My major issue is that the glass plate and turning element become unseated often, causing a noise and tilting of the food.
