This microwave was purchased through home warranty as a replacement. My ge profile is no longer in production( very disappointed). This new one is very loud in comparison & only has half the presets. The worst part is the cook top light which is no brighter than a night light on its highest settings. When I called GE to see if that’s how it’s supposed to be they don’t know . No brighter bulbs are available for this model. I’m told I can’t return or exchange due to it being installed. Buyer bewa...

Disappointing Purchase
This microwave was supposedly a replacement for my old one. Very far from it!! My last one was slightly smaller inside but had a shelf, which made a world of difference!! The interior of my last one was white, as opposed to black. It’s difficult to see dirt in this one. VERY POOR REPLACEMENT!
