No cold air at all

I put the unit in and aftrer 3 hrs on high it only blew slightly cool air. This unit is a piece of junk domt waste your money. I have an old Frigidaire that blows ice cold. This one is useless

It does take a bit of time to cool down my room (150 sq ft) but we are using the air filter as well which might play a role. But room does get cool. Good slim AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC is very slim in the front which makes me able to close my 2nd window (installed for soundproofing). It was louder than I thought it would be and is not the quietest AC I own. It is working ok after 2 weeks.

Noisiest AC I have ever owned

Replaced quiet GE AC with this one. It is in a bedroom where I watch TV, occasionally talk on phone and sleep. Unable to do any with this AC, this unit roars. Tried different Modes (Cool/Eco) and Fan (Low to Auto) speeds but this is the nosiest AC I have owned in 40 years. Returning today.

Quiet and Cools Great

Well designed, quiet, and very easy to install. Found the Eco mode not that great, and just preferred just using the “Cooling” mode all the time, which means the fan runs all the time, which is fine with me, since it’s so quiet. I believe the thermostat calibration is oof, and needed to set the temperature at 68 degrees to achieve a 72 degree room, which is fine. No complaints.

Excellent AC units

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 of them. the cold they put out is incredible. I have them set to ECO and they don't run very much.

Broke in 3 months

I've had this unit for only three months, and in that short time, it has already failed. I suffer from severe chronic health issues that make me extremely sensitive to heat—temperatures above 75°F cause me to faint without exception. Because of this, I used the unit conservatively, always set to 67°F with the fan on auto. Despite that, it still broke. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure yet. We had another window A/C for years and replaced it with this one, and it hasn't checked all my boxes, thus the four stars. Each time you turn it on, it returns to its default 72° which is kind of annoying. Our last one remembered our last setting so all we had to do was turn it on. It's quieter which is nice, and I like that it notifies you to dust the filter. We'll see how I continue to like it.

Perfect features

Haven’t installed it yet but look forward and it checks every box — not too loud, good size, dehumidifier, filter option, and low energy use. Frigidaire has a great reliability reputation which was one reason we go this also.

Peace in mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the previous model on 2019 and still works magnificent. After my another brand conditioner broke up, decided to buy again the trusted conditioner that is still working perfectly that has a filter upgrade and smaller frame.

Sleek and works perfectly for our bedroom
